Important Notice to Customers
By booking shipments, utilizing Warezone digital control portals, accepting airway
bills, or engaging our freight services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these
Terms of Use and Standard Trading Conditions. Please review the limitation of liability
provisions under Section 7 carefully.
1. Scope of Agreement
These Standard Trading Conditions ("Terms") apply to all business undertaken, services
provided, or advice rendered by Warezone Logistics ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") to
any client, shipper, consignee, exporter, importer, or agent ("Customer", "you").
No agent, representative, or employee of Warezone has authority to alter or waive any
provision of these Terms unless approved in writing by an authorized executive officer
of the Company.
2. Services & Forwarding Framework
Warezone acts primarily as a freight forwarder and logistics coordinator, arranging
carriage via certified air carriers, ocean container lines, regional road transport
operators, rail corridors, and bonded warehousing partners.
Unless explicitly agreed upon in a written contract of direct carriage, Warezone
operates as an agent for the Customer in securing transport services, and all carriage
remains subject to the standard conditions of the operating carriers and port
authorities involved.
3. Quotations, Tariffs & Payment Terms
Quotations: Rates quoted are based on standard carrier tariffs,
fuel surcharges (BAF/CAF), currency conversion values, and port charges prevailing
at the time of quotation. Quotations are subject to change without notice in the
event of carrier price adjustments or route surcharges.
Chargeable Weight: Freight charges are calculated based on the
greater of actual gross weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight, calculated in
accordance with standard IATA (air) or maritime conversion ratios.
Payment Terms: Invoices are payable in full upon receipt or within
agreed credit terms without deduction, offset, or counterclaim. Overdue balances
accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
4. Customer Obligations & Packaging
The Customer warrants that all cargo tendered to Warezone has been properly prepared,
marked, labeled, and securely packaged to withstand standard rigors of international
multimodal transportation, including temperature fluctuations and mechanical handling.
- Accuracy of all descriptions, values, piece counts, and weights provided on
commercial invoices and shipping orders.
- Provision of all export licenses, consular certifications, and regulatory permits
required prior to dispatch.
- Indemnification of Warezone against any losses, penalties, or expenses arising from
inaccurate declarations.
5. Hazardous & Prohibited Goods
Dangerous Goods (DG), hazardous materials (HAZMAT), lithium-ion batteries, and
temperature-sensitive biologics will only be accepted upon prior written declaration and
formal authorization by Warezone.
Strict Compliance: All dangerous goods must strictly adhere to
ICAO/IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the IMO International Maritime Dangerous Goods
(IMDG) Code. Undeclared hazardous cargo will be detained or destroyed at the shipper's
sole expense and liability.
6. Customs Clearance & Brokerage
Where customs brokerage services are requested, Warezone acts solely as the Customer's
reporting agent before customs authorities. The Customer remains solely responsible for
all duties, tariffs, VAT, anti-dumping charges, inspection fees, and regulatory
penalties assessed by governing bodies.
7. Limitation of Liability
In the absence of declared insurance coverage, Warezone’s liability for physical loss,
damage, or misdirection of cargo is strictly limited in accordance with statutory
international conventions:

8. Cargo Insurance Provisions
Cargo is not automatically insured against all risks during transit. Shippers are
strongly advised to secure comprehensive Institute Cargo Clauses (A) all-risk insurance
coverage. Warezone can arrange certified first-party marine and air cargo policies upon
written request prior to dispatch.
9. Delivery, Detention & General Liens
The Customer is liable for all demurrage, port storage, container detention, and return
costs caused by delays in customs clearance or consignee non-acceptance. Warezone

Access to the Warezone shipment tracking portal, APIs, and client dashboards is granted
on an "as-available" basis. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) predictions are operational
estimates and do not constitute guaranteed transit times.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and all contracts entered into by Warezone shall be governed by and
